Imoutgoodbye
It doesn't happen very often, but I'll occasionally be running around in the mud and my ctrl key will supposedly "stick" which will cause the rest of the keys to change their functions. I've figured out which one of the little bastards thinks its sticking, but what's setting it off is unclear to me. I've taken it off the keyboard and cleaned under it, but that didn't do anything. Since I've figured out which key it is specifically, I've been able to "unstick" it, unfortunately, that three second delay has cost me before. Suggestions? inscribed
Clean it better, and stop doing stuff on your laptop to make it "sticky", you horny bastard. But if you are buying a new laptop, that Surface Pro 2 looks pretty pimp. I'm think about getting one myself.

Croyvern
Get a new keyboard. ^This^ A cheap USB Keyboard is only like ten bucks. Plug it into that laptop and murder, maim, and MUTILATE! On my last one, qwerty quit working. So east and west were out, wheres and whos were gone. I put it in a closet thinking the wires or buttons might come in handy. BIG mistake. Found it recently, decided "hey that will make mudding easier". Death to a certain "bad guy" and I took a hammer to it. I will just hen peck the laptop another week. inscribed
If you get an external keyboard, spend the money and get a mechanical keyboard. You will never go back to typing on anything else. Yes, they look expensive at first glance, but it is WELL worth the money, especially for a mudder.
