I've been doing some investigation and there does seem to be some other issues out there on the internet. I have a 100mb line and its only working at 15mb. Hey *****, I've been analyzing the issues and narrowed it down to an disk IO latency issue that is the result of two separate unrelated problems. The first issue has been addressed and unfortunately when attempting to resolve the second I am making the situation worse by adding additional latency - why things are bad right this second. I've terminated the corrective procedure and will attempt another shortly, however things should return to normal in a few minutes with the first procedure shutdown.
