Trick
Height - 5'10 Weight - 190lbs Bench - 300lbs Deadlift - 455lbs Squat - 365lbs
Imoutgoodbye
Height 5' 8" (I've lied about my height so long, time to be honest about it!) Weight: 230 (working on it, that's down from the 245 I found myself at in October) I don't deadlift or squat due to the fact I need a knee surgery for torn cartilage/meniscus in my left knee. I haven't been able to run since going through rehab five years ago. Running is something I sorely miss. But when I tried last year, I still get the jarring feeling of bone on bone and it locks. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight, NOT drinking your calories is a great place to start. Not sure yet where I come down on carbs. Portion control is something else I need to work on.

Trick
Drinking sugars is so bad for its not even funny. Sodas and the like are terrible. About the only times I drink soda is usually when its an alcoholic drink or I grab the occasional Monster.( And by occasional I mean 2-3 a week in the mornings) Tip for portion control is plate size. Smaller plates means less food on them. You'll be surprised how easy it is to turn down seconds as opposed to not clearing your plate. If your childhood was anything like mine then you ALWAYS cleared your plate. I'm not big on running either, but I force myself to incorporate into my workouts. I find if I do it for a warm up with a few dynamic stretches I can get it out of the way.
hotspring monkey
Bench = 100kg Squat = 170kg (375lbs for americuns) Deadlift = Havnt tried max, do series with 170kg Should start lifting again.. bit of a break going on here. Bench results are dragging behind little, perhaps due broken arm + collarbone-combo that limits the range and angle right arm can move. minime: 5 feet and 11.6535 inches 279.987073 pounds working with the weight, some 20kg's BEEEFCAKE-materia extra, that could be turned in to muscles n feces. Not me, some finnish squatpig http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdQCGK01zr0
