Trigger Fighters

I find certain triggers useful even in combat- although WC is right, sometimes it screws you. For instance, a disarmed trigger. Get 1. Wear 1. has saved me many times when I'm in the process of typing FLEE FLEE FLEE FLEE FLEE. :P Color commands are very useful too- coupled with sound triggers. Nice way to give you a warning that your sanc just dropped and that next hellstream is going to hurt.

I used to use the disarm trigger, but when you are being bashlocked and you get disarmed by a charmie....it's no good to lag yourself out.

You know, we've all fought em, but who else loathes them like Bryntyst's feet sandwiches?

Edit PS: Is there any way to use it to your advantage?

You must hate me to the utter end.

With careful usage, they can double your efficiency. Careless usage, and you're lucky if you wont die. Sometimes I'm so lucky. :D

I use triggers to light up things such as the in my prompt (so I know when I'm dismounted), when sanctuary has fallen, when I've been disarmed, and so on. I do not use triggers for anything else other than lighting text up, because like said, they can go off at the wrong times and often be a hinderance more than help.

Aliases are my best friend though.

Hehe, fought once a Dk who had a autocleave trigers when entering the room.

Got cleaved 3 times. Then i noticed it, dismounted from my horse and charged him.

But many have the weapon/shield disarm thing.

Just start droping stupid heavy stuff after you disarm.

Or do the right thing and only disarm if they blind.
