Imoutgoodbye
Robin Williams did two things for me. #1: He put on a grand performance with Live on Broadway. I've had comedians make me laugh before, but that year, I really needed a good laugh and he had me laughing so hard the tears were streaming down my face. #2: He..well...here, I'll let the clip show you. If you're a real Herald, you'll get it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vq_XBP3NrBo
Pali
Bicentennial Man. Patch Adams. Good Will Hunting. His standup routine on golf. A face in which both incomparable joy and utter melancholy looked perfectly at home.
Vaerick
I saw him perform his stand up live when he came to Dallas. It was pretty awesome. Robin Williams always was and always will be one of my favorite comedians.

Implementor Volgathras Posted August 14, 2014 Implementor Report Share Posted August 14, 2014 What's there to say that the world hasn't already echoed? I haven't been this sad for the death of anyone, much less someone I've never seen, for a long time. His depression got him, but his memory and life's work fights the sadness of others even after he's gone. There's no greater honor - to be immortalized by bringing joy to millions.
The Professor
I've always been a fan. I like several of his stand-up specials, but his acting - and the movies he chose to perform in - has always been great. honestly I can't think of a movie he was in that I disliked. What Dreams May Come, Dead Poets Society, World's Greatest Dad, The Fisher King, Awakenings, The World According to Garp, Mrs. Doubtfire, The Birdcage, Insomnia, Hook, Hour Photo and Patch Adams are just some of the movies that come to mind that were either moving, inspiring or I simply enjoyed.
