Deykari
I have a question for you guys. How the hell do you loot so fast? Sometimes I'll get killed, get back to my corpse not long later, and there'll be nothing about. Yet when I kill someone, 'get all corpse' usually gets me about 6-10 items from the corpse (when I have all my preparation items in my inventory) and putting them all in my sack doesn't always help (especially seeing as I hate having to put neccessities in my sack just incase). Then there's that many lines of EQ on the screen that if I can't carry it all, it takes me ages to sift through and get what I need, and by then, they're more than likely back at their corpse with only a couple of things missing. Probably one of the more stupid questions I'm sure. Dey
snoreal
recite "golem scroll"; order all get all corpse;sac 1.;sac 1.;sac 1.;sac 1. *EDIT* - if I would full loot
Chayesh
Hitting the up arrow on your keypad reenters the last command with GMUD. Sac 1. rinse, repeat

Magick
Hitting the up arrow on your keypad reenters the last command with GMUD. Sac 1. rinse, repeat Also works with Zmud. And the in-game auto-alias is "!".
Deykari
*Mutters something about his client* Suppose I might try it out. Having more than one sack would help, good idea. Though not so useful when the dead is decked in rares, perhaps. Thanks a lot, Dey

Magick
Full looting easy kills is lame. Full looting easy newbie kills is lame. If someone happens to 2 round me because I was unprepared and/or lazy and/or just got plainly raped, I expect the full loot.
Zrothum
I have always been looted. I always will loot. There very few times I don't is if I am bound by RP to kill someone. The second or third time I do and I know they are new or just being ingorantly stubborn, I usually just take gold.
Deykari
I agree with Zrothum. I know if I don't full loot my opponent, they'll come back and full loot me more than likely. There are a few times I don't full loot, and that's if it wasn't a fair fight or if they are wearing very little. Getting looted is part of the game. L-A always used to say that if you get slain, your EQ belongs to your killer. Getting anything back is a bonus. That's how I play (or rather, I'd like to play; I have to be able to hold my own consistently and be able to bloody damn get all their gear, first ). Chayesh
I rarely even go back when I get killed. Figure...what's the point? Losing your attachment to your shinies is the first step toward progressing in PK skill. Fear of losing your eq holds you back subconsciously in my opinion. Zavero
I have the problem with losing my equipment. Usually if I do delete a character it's after I die because I lost all my equipment. Which at this point is my downfall. Dying is not such a bad thing as losing my equipment. I've had a FEW character where it didn't matter to me. But something like a melee, when you lose you items, you're basically useless. Something I need to get over, heh.
mya
Well to me it quite the oposite, i dont mind losing my eq, but i hate losing a life. All the eq i use is eq i can get alone. And with pieces conjugated to give the best global benefit. You dont need 50 saves hit/dam, sure it helps but you can work around it with skill and luck. And i tell you unluck get me killed a lot. Like trying to eat something/pill at critical moment and being to full.

Some people who you fight on a regular basis, you can sometimes get a 'feel' for their PK style and sometimes depending on what you're wearing, they might leave your things. More often than not, it saves time to go straight out re-eq as soon as you die rather than waste time heading to your corpse to find nothing there. Iyorvin
Yeah, I hardly go back to my corpse either. Then again, on the otherhand, I hardly loot either unless I know scrolls. I'm just too lazy and always have the fear of grabbing some noremove/nodrop/nouncurse nonrare item that now I has to sit with me forever.

Questioner
Only people who have not full-looted me are the characters that have been IG longstanding. I am talking about Azantar, Sirican, Thandeus, and others (That I won't mention otherwise there goes my character anonymity). It seems the people who full loot do it because: a)Hate your guts. b)Want you to delete from frustration. c)Don't want you coming after them again. Back on Topic....I enter the commands to loot. Then put everything in a backpack, Portable hole, Quiver, Creatures, or sacrifice there items if I'm particularly angry. Then loot corpse again and repeat steps. J.Twendrist
Meh, when I first started playing I was full looted everytime I died. Now there is a lot of complaining that people shouldn't... but for me I'm grateful when I don't get full looted... I don't expect not to be. Icor
I've seen something to the effect of: take 1. corpse drop 1. sac 1. take 1. corpse drop 1. sac 1. That is easily alias-able.

F-3000
Then you get full-looted by a ninja/thief... so much of that fun. (while you died in the first place because you didn't have enough room to carry enough gyvel-potions)
Icor
Wow. No way. Lmao. I'll be the uber looter now. What? I thought you were the one I learned it from! With Xequilant or... yeah. That's him, you were trashing all of Dobson's stuff in the river south of Val, a long time ago, and I saw it, and I was like "Holy nuts, he's sac'ing all that stuff"!
Fiere
I only loot if I need their things, and full loot if they were a hard kill and I don't want them getting back up any time soon. Or if they pissed me off. If it was a ridiculously easy newb kill, I don't even loot if I need their things, generally. Just gold.
