Vintervalpen
After reading through the helpfile and heading over to the bazaar, there's a few things I've been wondering about: Can you get two neck slots items? What are the limitations on items you can owner? Can you owner uniques? Weapons/shields or only armour? Or is it done on a case-by-case basis?Does the personalized rooms have to go in a city, or can they be added in any zone you feel like? Thanks! Implementor Volgathras Posted November 25, 2014 Implementor Report Share Posted November 25, 2014 - You can have more than one. This isn't what we wanted, but there's no way to stop you from doing it. Buying from vendors isn't subject to item checks. - Oownered items are restricted to no more than two per character, gained through RP point application. There may be exceptions, however, if these items are required for RP plots. We allow most any item to be restrung/colored/oowner, though unique items will need to be reviewed. - Personalized rooms can be anywhere you like. f0xx
2 RP necklaces? You sure about that? Being able and being allowed (not frowned upon) are 2 very different things
Implementor Anume Posted November 25, 2014 Implementor Report Share Posted November 25, 2014 Sure you can buy two necklaces. Just don't come crying when I eat you and your necklaces later on... So to be clear: even though the mechanics may allow it it is ONE NECKLACE PER CHAR. (balance reasons)

Mmm Coffee
Is it possible to have rotdeath items ownered so they don't rot?
Implementor Anume Posted November 25, 2014 Implementor Report Share Posted November 25, 2014 No, that would be against the purpose. We do not owner unique items either, nor the high end ones where only a few are around.
mya
If I owner a restrung item like a sword or a shield, will/can it be made burn proof. Or will I be left to the mercy of Ice-storming Invokers and Cleaving zerks? Should we restrung quest stuff like the Dragon-Slayer and the Pit weapons?I know they use the !stuff! name thing. Will restrunging them mess up stuff?
Implementor Volgathras Posted November 26, 2014 Implementor Report Share Posted November 26, 2014 Restringing an items NAME may screw up quest items, yes. Sometimes the names are set specifically for programs to read them. Avoiding changing the name of quest items. Short and long descriptions, however, should be fine. dewaholic
The biggest thing I wonder about is if they retain the rare flag. More spicifically: Are they still subject to the limits on rares in the inventory? Can they crumble upon death?Do they still deplete the supply of rares available to everyone else?
