If I were Fjor, I'd use a magical staff or borrow a page from Thulgan's book and use a pole arm. I've fought him several times where its come down to who can get off the better rounds at the end or I am trying to bait him into a haymaker set up to land some quick damage before he flees and puts it back up.

 

Dual wielding like that doesn't, in my opinion, give you the offensive edge. You're DRASTICALLY more defensive than that berserker. Make it work for you. Cyclone and go for the maelstrom combo. If he flees to prevent it, then sleep. Relaxing away dirt blind gives you damn near an entire tick of lag so his window of relaxing away panic is minimal. 

 

But, that is just my opinion. Play styles differ and you might find success your own way.

This goes for both of you. You were both poisoned from almost the beginning of the fight. Had either one of you tried to catch a few ticks and use some old school attrition tactics, this fight could have been ENTIRELY different. I think that is a skill a lot of us are losing because characters now are capable of dishing out so much damage that its almost irrelevant. Those little things can add up and they can add up fast.
