muddmann Posted July 13, 2015 Report Share Posted July 13, 2015 Does anyone know anything about these? the one at my job is on the fritz. weve been haveing some problems out of it not recording so we powered it down and back on again a few weeks ago and its been working. now it is only recording like 4 cameras our of 16 and its not storing the data like its suppose to. when I started here it would record two weeks worth of information then it would dump it. now its got like 4 weeks, but its only recording from like midnight to 7 or something.. idk what is going on so any help is greatly appriciated lol thanks guys. It sounds like it is not able to overwrite the data from previous recordings, are you storing them on DVR, or is it going to another device like a hard drive/SD card, etc? Cephirus Posted July 19, 2015 Report Share Posted July 19, 2015 It looks like it is running Linus as an OS. I would take a look at the configuration settings. Unfortunately I am not at all familiar with its interface, but I would assume there will be a way to confirm how it is setup in regards to the hours it is recording, as well as being able to check on the status of the hard drive itself.
