Brofessor
Was that Drizz't fighting an Aboleth? I kinda got excited thinking it was another one of the really badly made D&D movies.....
f0xx
That was Drizzt jumping on top of Demogorgon aka the prince of Demons aka the strongest Demon. Before that, the scene with the Illithids and the brain it was Orcus (another demon lord) controlling an illithid brain. And before that Baphomet made a small appearance too. This is a very nice video too, explaining some general demon lore. Naruthiron
D&D games, with few exceptions, have always failed to possess staying power, usually do to an over-the-top focus on presentation, at the cost of gameplay experience, as well as shying away from significant innovation in the genre. They sell based on their name. And then... well... they get irrelevant quickly.I'm on the fence on whether or not I am going to play this new one.
