Oh wow, did this log really come from 2015? I've recently returned to the game after 5+ years, was just browsing the forum, and found this. Aerandir was a character I played before being unable to find time to dedicate to the game...admist a RP plot at that too :'(  However, I definitely didn't play last year and I don't remember this fight. Or is it simply the case of a character purge and coincidence in name? The name just brought back memories of a time long ago.

This log is pretty much my experience trying to play a DK several years ago. Except without the paladin. And more deaths.

Yeah playing a DK who enjoys the Warlock will get you to learn real quickly to monitor your spells lol

This wasn't really a monitoring mistake. He had the warlock sleeping and ready to go when he wanted to charm it...the attempt just failed. I guess the alternative would be to charm the warlock away from your PK target, but then you run into, well, spell monitoring problems.

I was just speaking generally regarding playing a DK with warlock.  He's not so bad once you get used to it.... Want a real PITA, try Travl on for size.
