So what's the DL on new areas since 2013.

Location, best lvl to explore at?

Best to be 50 for both if you want to explore everything.  Also, Ayluin's Lament (if you've heard reference to the Gorgorak) was added recently as well as Xymmeria's remodel.  I'd ask in-game.

Ayluin's Lament is a small quest area you can do at any time. The Gorgorak is there as well, but that's separate - an overworld game boss meant to be played with a group of fiftied, though I've heard of bpeople doing it with two (gunna have to beef that bad boy up).

 

Willow Palm's separated in to two parts; top (baddie ranking area, 30's~40's) and underground (goodie ranking area, 30's~40's/50's) with a couple quests, at least one of which you can do at level 1

 

The Asylum is separated in to three parts: the Apartments (30's), the Yard (40's) and the Administration Wing (50's group) and something like a dozen quests or more.

 

The Xymerria remake simply took the city and turned in to Megaton. Some new quests, with the Throne of Terror being added for a group of 50's sometime in the reasonably near future.

 

You have have the new half-drow hometown, Deliverance. Not really much to do there, but it's pretty. Make sure you kneel at the statue.
