I came back telling myself the cookie cutter days were over, evil centric player base would even out and player creativity would win out over hard coded mind sets. Here I am though confronted with the direct opposite of that

It sounds like you don't particularly care for the PK aspect of this game and that's unfortunate as it's obviously a massive draw to FL.  What else would you suggest?  There are certainly options for that - Heralds, Merchants (which I know you've played quite well in the past).  What does this quote even mean?  Two months ago the average players online during my typical play-time peaked at 3, more often was just me.  In the span of a few weeks the game is brimming with several different combos - saders, psions, vamps, demons, avatars - it's across the board right now.  Also - when's the last time you got full-looted?  I mean literally full-looted...not losing adeptus arms and a ring of accuracy.

The current environment is conducive to creating whatever combination you want -- PK or non-PK, you get what you give.  I have a pinn'd neutral char currently with over 100 hrs, fairly decked, not once been in a PK situation.  Guess what?  Also not cabal'd nor in a clan.  I have another char with quite a different experience because that's the path I chose for it.  And that behavior has been fairly consistent across several of my characters here.

There's not a global behavior at work that defines all players, or all players' experiences (obviously).  If your experiences are consistently negative, I hate to say it, but the problem might be you?  Take that with a grain of salt as I've known a couple of your chars and thought they were amazingly RP'd (Nethrak I think?  And Skwizgarr obviously)

Nah, someone kicked me in the head and made me realize that because of past characters such as Nodach, Skwizgarr, Nepharak a substandard rp won't be praised, so in the end yes it was me that messed myself up.

I'll take that and move on, but first I have to say sorry to the staff for comparing myself against other characters and not realizing it was myself the standard was being held to. So my bad, I know I can be a dick. Shout out to Trick for the kick in the head.

A term commonly used in World of Warcraft.

"Dragon kill points (usually abbreviated with the acronym DKP) designates a kind of currency which is earned by participating in endgame raids and spent by acquiring loot from endgame bosses. The term DKP is also frequently used to designate raid-level loot system in general. The most popular systems for endgame loot distribution are point-based (and thus DKP systems). The very first endgame loot distribution system was developed by the guild Afterlife in 1999 and named for the original two EverQuest end bosses, both of whom were dragons."

So you do a raid and everyone there gets an arbitrary number of DKP set up by the guild beforehand and varies from guild to guild and raid to raid.  Each item has a number of DKP attached to it (also arbitrary and varies from guild to guild).  The system prevents the newer, more untrustworthy or untried members from guild hopping just to get some end-game content without any real work.  Much in the same way that three people in FL will take down Talex and then along comes that level 30 asshat that sneaks in at the very last moment to steal all the loot.  (Yes, I've been in that situation before.)  It also promotes group participation, even if it only turns out to be quid pro quo.

Usually DKP is a positive gain, but some people can go into the negatives when 'buying' equipment.  Usually the trustworthy or critical raid members, but they're often pushed to get back into the positive as soon as possible.  Some guild/raid leaders have been known to penalize people (Ithric in this case) for doing stupid things during a raid (eg: Leeroy Jenkins).
