Peshu

Ookay...I was thinking about coming back now that I have some time on my hands again, but after I read trough the changes, I changed my mind completely. Making shield warriors, which should be the most viable tank around loose attacks if they get the rare auto shield bash is really not the kind of change I was hoping for. As I suggested, making shield mastery absorb half the lag from an opponent bashing you, instead of just absorbing damage is the closest thing to mind if you ask me, since the message itself leads to that. Giving bards an even better thac0?!? Seriously? Giving bards an even greater chance to land their songs, bearing in mind that with -50 saves, a dwarf was landing each song it sang on me? Seriously?!? Peshu was an experiment and I had fun with him, until a bard started kicking my ass everytime we meet. And it wasn't only because of terrain and shit...bards are just OP. Landing three songs, and having access to autopoison, paralyzis, flamebite and wrath all on the same weapon which you create and materials are easy to come by is just crazy. WTF....bards get better weapons by default when they make them, than a crusader, or a DKN that has killed twenty people with a malform. I am not flamebaiting, nor am I trying to disrespect the staff, or anyone...just giving an opinion on the matter. Deny Peshu, please. I don't have a score sheet, but I had every single skill/cabal  spell mastered and I was getting outright outmeleed by a bard while wearing pretty good armor. I will consider coming back again, once you start making some sense and stop buffing a class that is meant to be more RP oriented than PK, more powerful than classes that need to invest trillions of hours on making weapons that upgrade only when you kill trillions of people in such a small Pbase, where almost everyone is wearing a godly suit of armor. Good luck to you all.

See ya.

you were strong guy to fight man, id like to think most of the changes have been made in effort to make things better for everyone. to be honest, I hated your character- but I respect you as a player, and I hope in time you come back and roll something and enjoy it. Till then bro- props

Peshu - I only had a brief interaction with this character and it was incredibly negative. Peshu could have been a very interesting and intriguing character if you could set aside your anger and hatred for other players and characters in the game and just play it.

Bards - Balancing is a constant thing in a game like our's. Its difficult to tell what is going to be strong and what is going to be weak until it is actually implemented. Instead of instantly bitching and moaning about a change, why don't you ask why this decision was made? Could there have been a valid reason for this other than they want to see Kamikazi quit? Additionally, didn't you play a bard that kinda fell short of the "OP" moniker that you're claiming? I have seen people play a bard and get absolutely rolled and I've seen bards do very well. Players are better than others with different classes.

Maybe, just maybe, if you ask nicely Morlhach will explain why the change was made.
