In a thick and unruly forest
  This part of the woods is the true heart of Elium Forest.  Huge oaks
tower far overhead, blocking out the sun with their massive branches. 
Birch, elm, and maple all grow here as well, helping to make the foliage
thick and virtually impassable in some places.  When the wind blows, there
is a deep and angry rustling sound throughout the forest, almost as if it
was aware of your presence, and didn't approve.

An overgrown trackway
  This trackway runs through the forest, and this part of it looks to have
been used recently, perhaps by loggers or foresters.  The weeds and grasses
that have grown up on the track over the years have been trampled into the
deep ruts left by countless wagons.  Most of the trees have been cleared
along the side of the track to allow headway, but every once in a while you
still have to duck under an errant branch.

  This trackway runs through the forest, and this part looks to have been
used recently, perhaps by loggers and foresters.  The hard packed dirt has
been trampled clear of weeds and grasses, though the ruts left by countless
wagons are quite deep.  To the east and west, miles of clearcut forest
spreads before your eyes, the landscape occasionally dotted by a willowy
sapling.

finished their daily toil.

  It is easy to imagine that the enormous trees in this part of the forest
have existed for as long as time itself, and it probably wouldn't be much of
an exaggeration.  The oaks are broad and tall, and it would take about one
hundred men standing on each others shoulders to poke through the
intertwined and leafy canopy of thier tops.  Each trunk is about thirty feet
around in diameter, and huge branches both point into the air, as well as
hang down to the ground.  The effect is that of a two-tiered roof of broad
leaves, buttressed by many interlocking branches, making this part of the
forest feel very safe and secure.

Don't think there was anything I could've done to survive...what's to say about winning. Behold the power of a decked weaponcrafter! The limit to those items for crusaders is there for a reason if you ask me. A thing that hits like that, not hitting vuln, on someone with -450 ac and all protective spells should not exist. I don't think there's anything around that can bring this guy down. If anyone objects, feel free to roll a char with the sole purpose of killing him and prove me wrong.

I'm not saying it's a lot, but do I need to be decked to the teeth myself to even be able to stand a slight chance against someone? I'm more of a Hit/Dam guy and I actually have no idea how to get more than -500 ac to be honest. I guess only the elite knows.

Tried going the HP/AC route and it only lead to the conclusion that I have no means to hurt anyone except for the evil aura, which even with a race with 24 int is not reliable at all. I was missing all of my attacks, or when they land, it was for a wound against a mob, making any race other than feral, or fire giant a worthless choice for a cleric, again leading to my point that we need some serious balancing.

in a sepahoona fight a lot more factors would of been at play. 

Temporal storm and all it brings, the dischord divine intervention, stacked every spell in the game as any savant should have, also haste with dischord holy hands, age and what it does.  And a path that usually had a good dozen kills behind it on any given life.  Especially before I would of risked being wanted lol. 

Really a ton of things designed to bite a chunk out of melee classes.  

 

I would of never tried for minister on a crusader either.  Its pointless against them. 

 

I also noticed something...you got that message when you typed in "SW" ....does your client really require individual lines for moving?  You should fix that.  In that area my running  and healing would be nnnnn, eeeee, ssss, like that.

What do you mean? How do you move without commands?

not without commands, is your client sending text as is? You can enter all your moves in one line in many clients. typing SW would of made me go south then west.

Against hard opponents on sepa i would lead them to big boxy areas and i would do that, run by typing swswswsw real quick and hitting enter.  Breaking scan sight lines by moving diagonally .

 

its funny because i have to turn it off to read the "news" because it makes me go north east west south instead lol.
