Anonymous
I can't! I didn't wanna have to farm materials to make it better because I am super lazy, but now I have to.. Problem is, Yewtrunk doesn't seem to do anything but sit online and raid Val Miran, so I'll have to do it at some random ass time at like 3am.. When the hell do you eat? -Belderon Anonymous poster hash: af59f...f77 Link to comment

Wasn't ranger beastmaster changed? Wasn't berserker, and necro changed? Wasn't crusader changed? Wasn't bard changed multiple times? Making small alterations change how a class functions. Read the druid description. In the wiki, everything about them suggests healer type class that's hard to kill. The class now is playing out as a pure burst melee class. It's like bards now, their main focus is melee, and their songs are just used as buffs. Very few songs, regardless of them having sooooo many, are actually used in combat. I think the changes to Necromancers are MUCH MUCH scarier. That is an OP class... But it takes a ridiculous amount of skill, patience and luck to hit that peak, Zombies just don't just get summoned. (not to mention keeping them all once they are there is retardedly hard - cudos to anyone that can make that work...) The only changes in the past year was foliage, and tsunami. One isn't even related to PK, the other is so conditional it's impossible to call it OP. So again. Name three. Druid's had 1 real buff. Tsunami. - Don't stand in water? Its like... Not standing in the open when an invoker has a storm brewing. The only other change is to the color of options (BREW HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED!) - before it was a little hard to differentiate which potions were which and you never knew when they were going to evaporate but the skill is essentially EXACTLY THE SAME! 16 hours ago, Anonymous said: I'm just voicing what I feel is mild imbalance. That's all. This isn't from reading logs, it's from battles, as well as what the games help files describe a druid as, as well as the druid skill set versus were beast transformed combat. Thats it. Anonymous poster hash: d9f2e...60d Take it from me. Druids have not changed at all very much. They still all of the same offensive abilities they've always had. They are just a rarer played class. Can you actually name a druid that didn't stand toe to to with the player base? Anyone remember FAYE and her god dam werefalcon? My druids? Or any number of druids? They are a very versatile class but no more powerful then any other - it comes down to practice to beat and understand how they operate. I didn't fall in love with the class because they are weak, I fell in love with them because they are versatile and strong as hell if you get it right. I think one thing you're not taking into account is what happens when Yewtrunk is transformed. If you look at him with detect magic and understand what his wereform does for him, you'll understand why you're also fighting a really uphill battle! (I'm sure you've done this but I only just found this out myself in the last couple of days). Invokers are never going to do well against a hybrid/melee that can haste themselves on demand. Sucks right? Keep on trucking Yewtruck - keep repping the druids for the rest of us who don't have time to play! Link to comment

I've done all the shields and all the techniques, trust me. Fireshield is the best bet, or no shield. I've done both and reviewed the logs over and over, and my damage output is much better with the fire shield, thus it wins. Anonymous poster hash: d701d...d41 I see. I was looking at it from a damage output perspective but you're using it more for protection. I stand corrected sir. Link to comment
