Fletching bonus items and Artificer

Anyone know of any items that give a bonus to fletching?  IMM asked me if I'd gotten it to 110% when I said I'd gotten it to 106% and saw nothing new sooo I 'm figuring there's something at 110%.

I know about the scroll from the bone bow quest giving 5, artificer perk gives 1.  Don't know where to get 4 more.

Also in the 2011 change log it says Artificer perk should give a bonus to creating bows, it doesn't.

Erm.  He's asking what else besides what the quest gives that will boost it as he's already got the thing from the bone bow quest, which does not (even with the perk) get fletchery to 110%.

Or to put his question another way:
What items give +fletchery?  It's been established that at least Bone Bow Quest item does.  Great.  Are there more that give it in that quest?  I've ID'd them all and doubt I missed anything.  What other items scattered about the lands give +fletchery?

That quest item doesn't get it to 110% iirc, and he has obviously worked with it already.

That item is all you need.

Also, I am a pretty pegasus princess, and promise I won't be mean anymore. I was wrong to attack you for not remembering correctly.

You can create the magic arrows at 101%, only know this because if you take the artificer perk you get it to 101% naturally and can make them always without relying on the quest item.  I hear this perk is much better for invoker/psi/bard but that's the only benefit I could find as a Ranger.  Pretty good but I could just buy the quest items from non rangers and keep a stock in my locker, pull it out create a lot and then store it again.

Artificer helps with most (all?) creatable items, unless it has been changed. So your ranger staff should be better too, and so forth for relevant classes.

edit: wiki lacks the artificer entry, so if it is allowable, some staff member should fill the entry out so we know what it does :) I think that alcoholic should quench hunger too to make it slightly useful to choose. Probably needs a bit more.

It gave me auto 100% staff and fetch but not bow.  2011 change log says it I'd supposed to affect bow as well.

And for a long time, the perk was disabled and possibly in the midst of being reworked.  I remember not the dates.

Maybe, I tested my arrows with 106 vs another archer with 100 and they were the same in stats.  Didn't check staff

The arrow part of the perk might be to give you the 101 arrow, but that was in reference to the bow not being part of the perk bonus though the 2011 changes say it was.

Still, I'd almost expect it to give 100% bowyer, too.

Either way, if it's currently selectable, +1 for getting clarity, be it here or on the wiki.

Edit: Please?
