A massive mess of a creature stands before you.  His bloodshot eyes sit
deep within their sockets gazing upon the land of the living.  His dark
black skin is twisted and mangled.  His nose and chin seem to be in odd
places.  The nose has been shifted to the left of where it should lie, while
his chin sits too far to the right.  His face seems to be set on a permanent
slant.  Boiling blisters leak a green ooze all over this creature.  With
every new leak, he seems to jolt in excruciating pain.  

His body is far worse than his face.  Arms seem to be broken and twisted,
it's apparent it would be difficult for him to grab ahold of anything. 
His legs are no better off.  The left seems bent and stuck in his groin,
while the right seems to dangle as if it was not even there.  

He covers himself with a plain black mysterious cloak which seems to be
soaked in some sort of disgusting substance.  A set of mangled wings seems
to protrude from his back, it's a wonder this being can even make it off the
ground.  

He holds an odd looking staff enveloped in a dark ominous aura.  It is a
six-foot-two-inch piece of mahogany with a small portion of rare obsidian
forming the base of this marvelous staff.  Crystal-like shards are merged
into the staff, allowing light to flow through and making it glow.  Only the
handle is kept smooth, which has been wrapped in a strong, but smooth silk. 
It humming a tune meant to distract a foe.

I didn't think about reflective shield until after the fight and I'm like, WTF happened. And then it was just scrolling back to look at the fight when I realized it. I really suck at PK, I mean really. 

I've  played on my phone with MUDRammer but the screen is to small, only log on lowbies.

Trust me you don't suck, you just need to figure out your weapon set up's against each foe. There was a point you were ruining Osyn, keeping me stunned and everything. I had to remove 50% of your armor when I eventually got you because it was just a matter of time before you got me.

Osyn, you're very nice to say I don't suck and I really appreciate it but I am the one who has the logs to prove it. We're not supposed to post logs where one side gets steamrolled and I have more than a few of those  

I didn't know reflective shield would do all that and I haven't had a bmg at 50 ever. Until I looked back at the fight and went oh shit, that's what everybody talks about.  Those comments are all edited in well after the fact. 

I personnally don't think druids need toning  down. She lost things being in savant that toned her anyway. I was beating her silly, she changed tactics and is now beating me. That's the way it should happen. Ogres are probably the best race for warrior and I just don't know how to cover the vuln to magic good enough to survive. 

Its fun though, frustrating as hell but it hasn't lost its funness because I don't get stupid beat all the time like used to happen. Fun except for looting which I despise but t least it's not everything like it used to be. Now it is time for me to change tactics.

Covering an ogre vuln is not that hard. Vs a battlemage I'd either go magical polearm (defensive) or dual wielding magical axes or whips (offensive). If you ever forget something vital with age like stance or fast healing, disengage, run for the hills, wait that out and only then get back to the fight.

As long as you are not poisoned or drained you can just dirt kick, fight a bit, flee, move off and sleep. If you move a few rooms, chances are a lot lower he will catch you without stance. Catch the tick, wake, stance again, rinse and repeat. You will outheal most anything as an ogre.

 

If you goal is to retrieve, dirt kick the defender at the start of the tick, flee immediately, retrieve and bring it back home. You need to decide if you want to fight them or retrieve and not do a mix of both.

Actually Anume against a temporum losing fast healing is a good thing.  And temporal storm negates your suggested dirt and sleep strategy. 

Best bet Imo is to go all out offense. Magic whips or Magic axes like she said though.  flee and murder, never sleep while temporal storm is on you.  you need a source of haste.  If you have + hpgain gear take it off while the storm is on you.
