Zrothum
when a healer refuses to stake the vampire that is two rooms west of you. Saw a log of that happening to someone...crazy, crazy
Discommodius
May not be as clear cut as it seems. I'm sure a couple of healers have been thrown off guard lately with a certain vampire's cabal affiliations and what in turn they then represent - order, protection, civility. Throw into the mix the healer's own cabal intentions... it may be enough to sway the decision for them to take such an obvious and cheap shot without the proper formalities.. is there any valour in staking a vampire that comes and rests right near you? And I find it hard to believe a vampire would do this without some guaranteed protection, like for instance, another person standing guard. If this were the case, would you take the bait? Sneak
funny thing atm is that all those supposed to fight the evils are chickenening out finding all kinds of excuses not to. Then its left to the poor watchers and a few psychoes who does not care about anything. Its a lot like a point in fl 2.0 where a lot of elites left and cabals where flooded with less experienced players - I reckon it was just before imms started to let people in. Discommodius
I've never made a pincushion of a vampire, but for all the years I've had my healer.. I've believed they do ('specially since I'm told to catch em in their coffins when I do take wild stabs)
Boy Kid Wonder
Unless the were recently redone. Yeah..they do, Behrens. I remember Egui showed me his stake skill. It was ay 95% and he was REALLY proud.

Dale
You are all quick to put down Irumeru, ha. Egui never staked a vamp, he told me that once. But his skill was at 95.

FatMike
The hardest thing I've tried to do is be a good(fae invoker) in savant with two drow(voker & battlemage). It's a rough rp to try and ignore the fact that you're in bed with evil(or vice versa) but in cases with cabals that allow it(savant, warmaster, tribunal) you have to walk a thin line between love and hate, try it sometime and you'll see what I'm talking about. Dizz
When I had Mamira, I had no idea how to train stake. I still don't. When I tried in the crypts, it wouldn't let me. ??????????
Chayesh
The skill requires two things. You probably didn't have one. And that's all we've gots to say 'bout that. I know I've seen it all when I watched a criminal (who shall remain nameless) dancing around in the cities the other day, mocking Tribunals and yelling about how they'd get away, telling other people who were yelling where they were to shut up, and then I see this over my wiz channel: Soandsocriminal gets toasted by a citizen of Rheydin. DOH!

It was ay 95% and he was REALLY proud.[/quote'] Actually, I wasn't really proud. I was hoping I'd get a damned chance to ever use the blasted thing. And the only Vampire around at that time was Messalantha, and she was already hard enough to mess around with. Then you had Balinor's Vampire who came about and I never got to use it then either. I did make him take his first sun death though running his *** off away from me.
Chayesh
One more smart-*** post like that Nomak, and you're gone from the forum. Perhaps you missed my saying it before, but you disrespect my staff so blatantly as to insinuate they are lying, and I'll grind your forum account into powder. 95% of the forum knows how to post opposite opinions without being a buttmonkey. It is possible. If you can't figure it out, then you will find yourself on the outside looking in.
Icor
...If Nomak thinks Izlimak was lying, he couldn't have posted his opinion at all without getting threatened. I mean, I can't think of how I would say it without being disrespectful.

Mister E
Some topics can be handle with diplomacy. Calling an imm a liar outright is not one of those topics. It is perfectly alright to disagree with an imm in a constructive manner. I think Chayesh was refering to a bunch of Nomaks recent posts when he said that they could have been more constructive and tactful.
