Deykari Posted June 15, 2006 Report Share Posted June 15, 2006 Nope, skills top at 80% (except for racial skills and those similar to that, which top at 100%) until you hit rank fifteen now. I believe the change was to do with people training skills up with ease whilst under the protection of the loot shield if they get PKed/killed, among other things.
