I only learnt about this recently when it got changed slightly. Do the other Giants do less damage? In the help file, it's alluded to. Here's the excerpt: HELP OGRE2 Physical Features: Large, broad and thickly muscled ogres are anything but gracile. While their general body-shape is humanoid, they are far taller than humans. Ogres are in several ways superior to the giants they are sometimes mistaken for. Having a similar frame, they possess an incredible metabolism granting them great strength and speed. They heal at an unheard of rate while possessing a constitution and health that far surpasses any other race. Many scholars claim that the ogre's natural ability to tab into the very weave of Magic unconsciously is the reason for their uncanny healing abilities as well as for their surprising intelligence. However this very advantage turns to a horrible disadvantage when ogres encounter magical attacks in battle. Any magic disrupts their connection to the Weave, weakening their very life-force and thus they suffer more than any other creature from spells and other magics thrown at them. Many claim that this is also the reason why there are no ogrish mages or clerics, despite the fact that they are more than intelligent enough. They are already tapping into the very weave of magic permanently, making it very hard to draw enough surplus power to cast spells without suffering severe brain damage. As for the other giants doing less damage ... yes and no. If you're comparing the ogres unarmed in the middle of the city, they will output more damage, yes. However, a fire giant holding fire/flame weapons and stormies on water give additional bonuses, so it more or less balances out between those three. Stones are neutral and so don't get damage reduction from protection, but then, neither do neutral ogres. So out of the four main giant races, depending on circumstances, the stone giant has the least damage output. Of course, they get boulder throw, so that makes up for it a little, I guess. Zhurong
Shouldnt gnomes get automastery and 103% proficiences in all created items? IE. edge craft, traps, instruments... most of the other creatables classes cant be gnomes.

The half-elf change makes Half-elves a serious Invoker race. No vuln and better mana than Humans. And probably the best Paladin race, since elfs have that iron vuln.
