This was my attempt at getting her "hooked" over the game. I was a bit busy explaining stuff to her and forgot to pay attention to some very important stuff (that fell mid combat). If you're not bashing to lag, it's just for damage, but risking a three round miss lag doesn't seem worth it. This is just another reason why I stopped playing warriors. They already have a minimal amount of combat commands, but if even the ones they have can't be used or are ineffective. Just adds to their blandness IMO Link to comment

Really Kotrag has the AC to negate bash lag - he is literally at the very top of his power peak. On the flip side, look at a warrior like Cervall - medium sized and still a bad bad bad ass despite being 'just a warrior'. Link to comment

I never understood why the boots grant a spell, and not affect the player with "enlargement" and "size +1". I didn't mean I don't play warriors because they're not effective, I just find them quite bland personally. So in short, you're indicating that AC does negate bash lag duration? That is what I was most confused and curious about. I've not fought Cervall, he seems like a beefcake, but I have fought Vanicus and Mephisoleer which were also Undead, and I recall them getting a few things to give them a bit of extra "flavour" to assist in making them bad bad bad bad asses. The boots used to passively grant extra size. On the bland warrior thing, gotta agree. This is my first and probably last warrior (though I'm no stranger to melee). I have no intention of giving up, so don't worry. Some cabals can add lots of flavor, I'd imagine a warmaster warrior would be more interesting, having Armies to do would help too.
