Ah, the thing not everyone can do easily. Even dirt kick is hard to land these days. 

We should just rename the game to roguehran:, the rogue lands and be done with it. Give thieves ninja throw and we can all have murder spam battles.

btw throw can miss, and is based on AC.

 

also not all edged throwing daggers/shurikens are created equal, there is some knowledge required to get the best edged stuff.

Rogues are built to be mage killers.   The only class that can easily beat a good rogue is a great invoker for the simple fact that they can dish out the damage faster and prevent murder spams.  I agree that the throw damage is a bit extreme but without knowing his exact gear i cant make an accurate assessment.   

The facts still won't change....Battlemage are way behind the times.

@Chesta6384 so whats the rogue bane? Kotrag would outmelee me while being able to use missile shield. 

I also fought kotrag with my bmage when I had around 700ac and I distinctly remember him lacerating me and his throws at least mangled me.

I found as my invoker, kotrag would just push me out of Firestorm. The class seems to have an answer for everything.

@WadeI think you, with your patience, could go negative necro and give Kortag a fight. The acid blast will hit, the corrosion will take affect and stack. Have seen very large changes in enemy AC through this tactic. Hit and run until you see your minions stop missing. Just remember not to flee without ordering the minions to rescue first. And always keep a professional soldier, or troll with you, they dirt a lot.

The bane of rogues has always been one - high damage output classes that can lag.

Just like the one you rolled specifically to kill me.

But if you think you will achieve it by just spamming bash, like you tried to, you are very far from the truth. You are not Ashuga after all.

It saddens me when I see players like Kyzarius, who play characters with PK records of 50-1 (with their sole death being to me), try nerf the single character that manages to kill them.

It saddens me that when one cannot defeat a character in game, he must do so on the forums.

It is because of this negativity, jealousy, and contempt  players like Trick don't play anymore.

It also saddens me that the IMMs allow all this to happen publicly.

Ok this seriously needs reigning back in.  Kotrag's player has done nothing wrong by playing a strong combo - to a very high standard, using equipment made available by the staff.  No Player deserves to get so much negative focus due to playing well - did we learn nothing from the Despiser debacle.

Personally I have an issue with any Feral being able to get rid of their Fire Vuln - as the race is balanced around it - but that isn't Kotrag's issue - its a staff decision to make.

There has been way to much Kotrag bashing - and its just not acceptable IMO.

On one hand you all stamp your feet and say; why do we need rp points? Why do we slow cabal promotions? Why can't I just have it all when I want it with zero moderation.
