Mages can still win with the reductions.   It was unfair before when you did get the 900ac.   The parry really played a minor role.   The cap just made the stupid powerful mages more killable...that said, even with the caps, a mage that knows his class and has what I had will still be near unstoppable.   Other factors that people don't factor in are attrition, playing the timing game with ticks and dirt.  Having pure speed to chase and kite people around.   The gear just made mages stupid unkillable before in the right hands.   The tone was for the good IMO.   And by mages, I mean invokers because battlemages still suck.

Sadly I never got to fight zoichan at my peak.  :(.   But a perfectly played monk with his setup rapes invokers.

Oh I'm happy to take an invoker on a non cabaled  half-elf monk. Makes no differences to me.  But Mali is right, it has nothing to do with the log so I'll refrain from continuing.  If you want to make a smack talk thread somewhere else I'm happy to play.
