The end game mobs haven't really changed in years.  A couple have been added, but not many.  Desolation (Horror, Puppetmaster, et al), Factions (Igilwiv, Demoniconian, et al), Gear (Adeptus), Order, Isle of Souls and the like are still up there.  The easier to get to, too, such as Vlad (Mansion) and Gethnern (Citadel).  As for the newer ones, the Gor'gorak in Ayluians Lament ranks up there.  All of which can and have been solo'd and have various degrees of "dangerous."  The Black Knight in Avalon can be considered dangerous, too.  Same goes for the Karraken and Essence of Evil, both in the Tainted Valley.

So the question is, what do you consider dangerous, how comprehensive a list are you looking for and what is it you're trying to accomplish?

Lurker is a worry, yes.  But just about any mob that doesn't chase you and you can flee to regroup/heal isn't all that scary to me.  And those that can, only the ones that aren't confined to the area truly have me worried.  Like trying to take on the Essence long before I'm ready.
Yes, I could log out and then back in to clear, but I feel that's cheating.

 

Though strangely enough, the Craw Wyrm (Underdark) scares me anyway.  I think it's simply because you can't flee if you're inspecting its gut.

 

And yes, the Dragon of Unlife is an absolute beast.  I haven't taken it solo yet.  But it's on my "To Do" list.  Not sure you can, and I know it's going to be a long, long battle.  But I'm going to try.

Back in the day someone told me to kill people with the Dragon Slayers just to ensure that it's a bit easier to kill that dragon. On a Healer before any nerf to them, and I got him to Pretty Hurt. Then he would begin healing quickly which made it damned near impossible to kill by myself. Had I had multiple Dragon Slayers, I may have been able to pull it off, but I only had one.

The Craw Wurm I ran into once while navigating it I think in 2003 or so. Scared the shit out of me, but I've always been intrigued by it too. One day I may give it a good go to see what its major malfunction is.

Lurker is the scariest I've encountered. Dragon is scary but come on a few people with dragonslayers and it's not very hard.

I've seen 5-6 people groups all die to lurker.

 

Order should be stronger than he is given the storyline behind the mob.
