Nympha
I have quit smoking all of six times. Each time ranging from six months to a year. This time, I am having a really hard time quitting. I went 24 hrs, had a ****ty day and bought a pack. I think it might have something to do with the fact I never went over a pack a day and right now I am up to two packs a day.
Iconz
CONGRATU-FREAKIN-LATIONS man! I'm glad to hear that you're finally off of the cancer sticks. I always told ya that smoking was a nasty habbit.
a-guitarist
Prepare to get fat. I'm already fat. That is why I'm exercising and doing the whole "treat my body with respect thing." No smoking, no drugs, a hell of a lot less drinking, eating smarter, exercise, the list goes on. A lot of people have asked me why I chose to do this, and I really don't have a good answer. Woke up one morning and said "It's time." and I started it all. a-g
Mister E
Thats the best way to do it, when you dont need a reason, and its spontanious but decisive. If you ever say "Ill quit when Im done this pack" thats a sign you wont, but when you throw away a half pack, you might be on to something.
