Cabal entry through Trusted promo

There's this:

But nothing that says what you need for T.  I've had only one Imm state what they look for, though admittedly, I haven't asked many.
Lloth was open when asked:

Reavers are expected to show PK power. They are also expected to lead the conquest of lands more proactively. I also factor in aggression, what they can be expected to achieve for Lloth, and RP.
Pandy are expected to show a whole lot more RP than Reavers. They should be focused on deception, and in fact focusing on PK more will likely result in being stuck at V for a long time.
They should be the ones making strategy for alliances/wars/trades, and ensuring that Nexus comes out on top in any global plots
Both sides should at least give lip service to Lloth. If you challenge her, or deny her claim to be the only true God(dess) of Aabahran, don't expect to get far.
To be very basic:
Reaver - fight often, fight hard, play the part of a conquerer.
Pandy - scheme, deceive, play the part of the strategist.

I generally promote to T in Reaver when the above is met with a PK ratio greater than 50% and at least 50 RP gained by acting in such ways.
I generally promote to T in Pandy when the above is met, and at least 100 RP is gained by acting in the Pandy way

Don't expect all of them to be open publicly, but you won't know for sure unless you ask.
They may prefer to tell you in prayer, or in game.

At this point I can imagine the following for the other Cabals:

Warmaster T = at least the minimum challenges met, good RP that fits into each path accordingly, and a +challenge record?

Savant T = At least 1 Danpher kill, or 20+ Danpher deaths.

Herald T = Solid RP, and overall motivation to keep moving forward with the Cabal.

Watcher T = Participate either in PK or Politics within the Cabal with a strong possibility of getting E when you're strong on at least one of these.

Merchant T = What's a Merchant?

Knight T = Strong RP in each path, with at least 1 kill of Nexus in Praetorian or political grasps within Sigil. If no Nexus available, a solid RP of protecting the weak can be acceptable.

With savant I have multiple gauages depending on the current interest in it.  Mages are a hard knock life and the WM have had a pretty intense line up lately.  If you suck at pk you get a participation trophy if you try and supplement good rp.  If you're awesome at pk you're still required to generate something besidea silent pks.  It's a healthy balance.  Roll a mage and find out 😉

That was a joke and not really a jab. Yes, dying for the cause is something that's probably looked at as being better than logging out every time. In the case of these days lately though, I'd probably say the promotions are based more on RP than anything else since people will see one Cabal online, and not any warring factions of theirs. When you see both, it's pretty one sided though and often you get slaughtered. Such as a Savant dominating Warmaster when they're an Inductee versus when the Warmaster is promoted and the Savant no longer has that advantage. Or when you're in Nexus and an Inductee and find yourself up against the Elder Praetorian and you're left wondering what the hell is going on with your weapons.
