Hm, I was thinking he uses fire shield all the time. Why not try with magical weapons so he can recast mana shield, then you change weapons and you win one less FIRE damage every round? BUT this dragon hates you very much! I've missed you with around/more than 50% of bashed I've tried during 2 battles, so I think either I am unlucky or Lady luck is walking this dragon's way.

One should target the Dragon first, always. Your weapon even hit's it's vuln, pierce.
Perhaps change your bow to one that does pierce damage.
You can take out some armor to reduce Call Lightning damage.
And I also think you could use more Hitroll. Because you are missing a lot of attacks to AC.
If you are using the Water elf spear, perhaps the 2h Sword nine-ring nine ring broadsword from Lo Pan could be an interesting choice against the Invoker due to being more offensive.

I tried to kill the dragon, look at Round 3, it backfired horribly. I need to separate them, then kill it.

I was using a magic weapon when he had fire shield up, then he switched to mana shield, so I switched to a mundane weapon.

I used a magenta herb to bring my AC down after I saw the lightning damage, I will also carry staves of control weather to help out now too.

I feel like after landing lotus you're staying in risking hp that you really don't need to. Having been an invoker fighting a lotus scourge feral, if you land poison and im at quite a few wounds you no longer have to be in combat, i had to run and heal or death is likely. Just chase loosely into to keep up with him. He's only has a select few places he can cure the poison. The densest concentration is near val. Based on his saves (he seemed to resist that scourge alot) nerve pinch might be viable with the strength debuff from poison smoke because if his saves are that high he won't have ^7 strength. Maybe test pushing the dragon?

I didn't really play an invoker terribly well but I fought a feral lotus scourge often. Staying while furied is pretty ballsy, and paid off, but it never worked out that way for me. Maybe fire shield flame arrow early to test damage. At least with fire shield and flame arrowroot you've got 2 chances a round to get damage through plus static damage from combat. Really hard to say anything since I usually just died to lotus scourge and you knocked up some wins though.

Good reads either way. Kudos for going so hard at each other and not logging off.

I guess with nimbus there is a small chance he runs to a mob that deals magic damage and stands there hoping to get healing procs, or sheathing and removing everything to dispel himself.

Can you not strangle or assassinate the dragon? I know the lag is risky but no more risky than taking those bashes.

I don't think 4 rounds of lag is worth attempting an easily failed assassinate

The dragon is super easy to kill, I can 3 round it.

The problem is that orb of fear. The challenge is to separate the dragon from it's master.

I also tried strangling the dragon, but I failed all 3 attempt.

Its considered giant I believe. Strangle checks for your size vs theirs. Enlarge yourself, then try.
