Was made during the deletion confusion regarding seviks. I tried to get into it, but honestly everyone and their mother came after me while I was training, and before I hit 50. After I hit 50 it felt like the moment I showed aggression, people just logged. That is incredibly boring. Medvhaar. You would fight early but seemed to lose interest (I needed logs to showcase that jet steam damage through 60 saves and protection lol) teshix did briefly as well. But alot of the people who where more than happy to shit on me while I was training, in no eq ,would flee nearly immediately, And log. I dunno when that became standard practice, but it got old incredibly fast. I guess there have been some naaaaaaasty dwarf clerics in the past lol. I was very well equipped (50 40 hit dam, could swap out to 30 across all saves as well) just only had 1 person who would fight there at the end (gordy, though by that point I had more fun talking trash than actively trying to kill you.) I had intended in going Knight, but after the confusion was cleared up with seviks, that isn't possible so I kinda just ran around picking fights and talking dwarf trash, which is honestly a whole new level of trash talk. You can literally make up words and they immediately sound offensive. 

 

Incredibly surviveable combo, not really my style. The Holy hands where so odd. And I never really figured out what all of the effects did, one of them is really really nasty. And another is very useful for pvp. I probably won't do another cleric. They feel like tanks, that launch snowballs.

I'm admittedly not an overall fan of the Dwarf trash talk angle but you were solid and I would have liked to see it flesh out. Glad you're sticking with Seviks instead, though.

Hard to get excited fighting classes that can easily get away. I.E. good clerics, healers, and druids. Nevertheless our short skirmishes were fun while they lasted.

I've yet to try a goodie cleric for this reason, though I suppose it'll teach you to chase and run without much risk which is an invaluable skill. You're clearly passed those lessons though.

I always expect dwarves to be salty tbh.  When they arent, I am usually suprised and a bit disappointed.

To each their own, obviously. Was just never a fan, probably why I've never had a Dwarf. Dwarf RP + boring PK of a goodie cleric make for a horrible time to play, imo. I wonder if you're the only one who believes that, Zrothum.. things that make you go, "hmmm."

 

Edit: That being said, Flint Fireforge from the Dragonlance series is a great example of sass without shit like "Your nether regions are bald, Boyo." lol

I think its pretty creative, personally. Dwarf language has the best of both worlds like @'tarako said. You can make up random things that "sound" insulting that may not even mean anything and it fits perfectly. 

It takes a LOT more creativity to do that than some other RP. For example, drow RP. I'll just be a condescending asshole to everyone I meet and that checks that RP block, mmhmm?
