Chayesh
Storm giants are green, not blue. Frost giants are blue. Also, fire giants are not made of fire nor are stone giants made of rock. Just a little description help. Something like this should also be in the Questions area of the forum, not the shoutouts.

Acerbity
Use your imagination. Storm giants CAN be blue. Frost giants CAN be green, pink, purple, yellow. It's fun using exotic for your skin color.

Some races have certain characteristics defined, but others are left moreso to the imagination (Avian, the three Giant races, etc.) providing their features match up with their racial characteristics (or something). At least that's what I do. Dey

Celerity
I believe things are fairly open if the help for the race doesn't define anything. You can try looking at mobs in the game, but I wouldn't trust most of those either (especially caverns one-hahah). One method is to take what you know of the race (large humanoid) and their typical terrain (water) and try to think of what animals from that terrain look like if mixed with humans. Something that is adapted to live in water will have a different skin texture (fatty/slimy/gray anyone?), skeleton (or lack thereof), etc, so keep those things in mind too. Guest Birdman
If someone were so inclined, they could run to a bookstore and browse through some of the Dungeons & Dragons books (Monster Manual and the first couple chapters of the Player's Handbook, mainly). A lot of information can be found in these books, including descriptions and pictures of a lot of the races used in FL. Interesting stuff. I actually never pictured a fire giant looking like he does in the Monster Manual, where I think he looks pretty darn cool. Of course FL deviates sometimes from the D&D materials, but no biggie. Like I said, I just think they're a great resource for ideas and whatnot.
Zrothum
A million storm giants can be blue. Mine doesn't have to be. Why? Because that's the beauty of RP. And even aside from RP. That's reality. A million humans have two legs, two arms, ten toes, ten fingers. Your next kid could be born without any of them. No one has a right to dictate someone elses RP or character description. (aside from the IMMS of course....and I think we entrust them not to do that, unless the person is breaching the game rules)
Iyorvin
There are limitations. How many years did we play FL with only 5% of the player base even knowing what an illithid is? I mean beyond the fact they were mindflayers. Half the pbase thought they were squids in and around 1.0, and most of the other half just thought they sucked because they could only be necromancers.
