You've put a lot of time and work into the game over the last few years, nothing wrong with stepping back from that - infact its much better to recognise when you aren't feeling it, rather than overstay in a position. First and foremost its a game, and its supposed to be fun - i'm very familiar with the burn out that comes from running admin on a game like this.
