Lethereal
I played a DK once (yes, me - I played an evil...) that was a little girl who had a curse stuck on her to never grow up. She had blond ringlets and big blue eyes and wore a little party dress and slippers. I initially made her to teach myself to PK with, but then I liked her so much that I didn't want her to die. I think I just get too attached to my characters...
CruelEdict
Reminds me of Aciati (or whatever), a Vampire who was a child. Ex-D&Der
Human woman who was horribly fat and ugly so resorted to killing people by manipulating their brains. Hrm must be a side of myself. Was kind of funny I kept getting killed by this ogre ranger and stood there complaining about it and he said I was kind of cute and pinched my arse. Should have joined Chaos with that character. Rae and Barhart were trying to talk me into it, but I was holding out for Savant, which wasn't going to happen.

CruelEdict
I remember discussing Aciati with you before you made it. You never did get Ash Vampire as a restring though. That was probably one of the better RP angles I have seen. Fiere
I'm playing my strangest right now, but other than that...probably The Dastard. Freak, that was fun.
Warpnow
I rolled a female druid once who hated other druids because she believed Gaia was hers and hers alone.

Pieman
I tried my hand at a pretty weird RP once with my char Rakrak, a faerie raised by ogres, and Rakrak thought he was an Ooogr! I got a little disappointed when they wouldn't let me change my hometown to marak though.
sixfeetunder
lets see...the one i'm working on right now is rather odd. but i guess not really strange. the strangest i've ever tried playing was a DK that was a cross between Edmund Kemper (1970's serial killer in California) and John Wilmot (2nd Earl of Rochester). Had a thing for loving girls and then killing them, and a very severe Oedipal complex. Didn't really get anywhere because the RP was so hard to keep up. Dizz
Well, my strangest: Epileptic Ogre Warrior who had a bard for a mom and so had a big thing for bards. He had seizures frequently, but did well in Warmaster.

inscribed
... I once had an evil chaotic 'invoker', though he didn't really belong to a guild. He was just a guy who had the ability to control fire with his mind, never having recieved training. I only practiced fire related spells on him, and eventually had him demoned (named Conflagrant, though I doubt anyone remembers him). Though he was technically the first demon 'invoker', he had pretty much all of his non-fire related spells removed (and a couple other spells added), so I don't think it counts. Didn't make it to pinnacle with him, unfortunately. I ended up leaving FL for a while and I assume he got deleted for inactivity. Was fun while it lasted. She was a drow child in a party dress that was all dirty and torn because it was all she ever wore, other than a belt with souvenirs from the first things she ever killed. She wasn't cursed though, just started out really really young. Other than that I haven't really had many weird characters. I usually end up playing a pretty normal person helping to further the plots of others, though my chars do have set goals of their own as well.
