Warpnow
http://www.mudconnect.com/discuss/discuss.cgi?mode=MSG&area=admin_ethics&message=8711 Here's the quote from it that matters. As a result of this, which I have just e-mailed Icculus about, muds located on MudMagic's network will be removed by the TMC spider when the timeout expires. We have simply too many machines to do this on a per host level, its not economical - especially since we don't control most of them. It is set as a global block. If I understand correctly, If FL stays on MudMagic, it will sacrifice its place on TMC... EDIT: Title says TMS, read it as TMC

Warpnow
Mudmagic has allowed stolen code to be hosted on their site and has refused to take the download down. The mud whose stolen code it is is hosted by WolfPaw, who I believe allowed it(inadvertantly, obviously) to be stolen. WolfPaw demanded mudmagic take it down as it was a violation of copyright on one of the muds they hosted. Mudmagic said no, apparently, and so Wolfpaw(owned by same guy as TMC) decided anyone on Mudmagic was supporting code theft and is removing them from mudconnect.
