Evangelion
If anyone has a log or two of ninjas in PK, particularly against melees, it would be appreciated if you could post them to be put on the PK logs board. Also, if you have any full logs of assassinations (including your time spent studying), it would be interesting to see.
Iusedtobesomebody
to fully post a successful assassination (against a competant opponent) would be EXTREMELY long. it was nothing for me to stalk someone a good one-two HOURS of real time, just to make it a perfect kill, i.e. they never even saw it coming. case in point: when i stalked Shaw (and everyone knows what he stayed in 24/7), it was probably over a span of a few DAYS real time. and when i hit it, it felt real good, heh. but i am a fan of logs, so if anyone has any melee ninja logs, now is the time. TheNewGuy
it takes such time? that's not my impression, from what I've seen. Haven't tried myself though
Questioner
Roll a ninja...try to land an assassination on anyone. Be amazed by how quickly you get torn to shreds by that ogre warrior. Come back here and post asking for a log on how to assassinate.
archgold
assassinates aren't easy and they aren't hard either its all about how much someone moves around
Iusedtobesomebody
if your opponent is smart, it will take a while. if they aren't, well, it will happen real quick. hitroll is very important to assassinate. try to get it as high as you can. i rolled with about 70+ with my half-elf ninja. it's possible with gear and added spells. Zavero
It can be very easy or very hard to assassinate someone. I.E. someone sitting/pking/running through the town a lot is an easy person to assassinate. Someone who doesn't spend much time in town, or hides in a forest where there are very few places to hide in is a hard assassinate. Once when I played Shifinix I found Crisnae's hiding spot. He was behind a door most of the time, so I just used a certain weapon that gives pass door and would study him. Then he recalled out and just so happen to be in town when I walked into town. Got him good.
