An average person's sleep cycle can run from 1.5 hours to as long as 3. If you take a nap for more than 45 minutes, your body will expect an entire sleep cycle, and if you wake up before a complete cycle, you'll be even more tired. This is also true with going to sleep for the night. If you sleep way too much, like way too little, you'll be even more tired.

Just some rambling you might want to hear.
