Acerbity
Deleted today. Score sheet not available, due to rage delete. Oh well, towards the end of Glaien's life, he had to fight two or more, so you know what I did? I fought against other people regardless if they were already fighting (namedly Rongdaj since he'd always jump me whether he was fighting someone else or not). Simply, when I have to log on, and someone else logs on JUST because I did .. (cough.. won't name any names..) and helps the person I was fighting with herb and other curative spells, that just urks me. Also, me being in Syndicate quite awhile, and grossing about 115 heads (more then both the current elders, AND Leader. But I know Messa got thrown out like 10 times, so she's way ahead of me) and me never getting promoted until Messa gave a hyp urked me as well. Then when Korthian hopped in and was bumped to elder, and the other ranger was bumped to trusted, bleh, I just lost all interest. I was aiming for E, and being the 'right hand' of Messalantha. Kinda went all down hill when I went on vacation for a WEEK, came back, and saw all this. Oh well, anyway. Say Goodbye to Glaien. I'm sure a bunch of you are more then happy to know he's out of your hair. Had fun for the most part, until the end. Toodles. See you with another character soon. Fear, the Angel's Name
I'm going to miss him. I was looking forward to actually fighting you again, I think I prepared this time. Can't say who I am, but suffice to say, I was never prepared for you when you came.
Deykari
I've always liked all of your characters, and Glaien was no exception. You might have gotten a bit of stick in Shoutouts and whatnot now and again, but knowing of some of the circumstances you were in a lot of the time, you played Glaien pretty much how I would play (assuming I could PK). Solid RP, as always too, after getting to speak with you on more than one char. Good luck with your next. Dey

TheNewGuy
Korthian and "that other ranger" had made some big work in KBS before the merge. So don't whine about that. Props on a strong char, though.
Acerbity
Whine? And I didn't do big work in Syndicate before them? o_O They jumped in my cabal and surpassed me in one day. Of course anyone will be irritated if it took them over a month to get where they were, and have someone who just... was in a clan jump in and get promoted to E/T in one day. But that's not the majority of why I was pissed, anyway. Just a tid bit of it
Mudder
Dude, your a SYNDI! Coup him! Mawahahaha! I honestly thought Korthian was going to be couped the 1st day I saw him as Elder. *shrug*

Iusedtobesomebody
Coup a bard?! Yeah...that'll get you some respect around the cabal hall. it's all business. someone moves in on your turf, you take him out. it doesn't matter what class he is. and anyone who questions that decision, get taken out as well. rule with an iron fist, not one holding cotton candy. Celerity
To me, it looks like you were delayed due to an attitude/ego problem. Just look at your farewell post...Instead of handing out props and saying you had a good time, you decided to say that people are blatantly OOCly cheating to kill you. You were also complaining about ganging...GLAIEN was complaining about ganging people??? Next you went on to flame Korthian AND the IMM's judgment call to put him higher than you in the cabal. You COULD give the guy props and think you might actually have something to learn/there is a reason he is higher. No...it is always THEIR fault, right? To me, you (Glaien) were in the same brand as unknown (Sinerath), and this post reminds me a lot of his when he deleted.

Celerity
Yeah, quite a bit higher than Sinerath..but still in the same brand of person..(minus the HORRIBLE OOC cheating)
Chayesh
Let's keep this civil, please, original poster included. For the record, bashing people in game is the best revenge rather than potshotting on the forum after deletion.

Implementor Anume Posted September 27, 2006 Implementor Report Share Posted September 27, 2006 I'd just like to remind people that Korthian worked on getting where he is now HARD for about half a year real time. We got tons of notes from him and all kind of people whom he got to write some as well. There was also a lot of planning and rp involved. Hopefully it will not stop where it is now but get even more interesting.
mya
Realy Realy Realy hated you in game (IC). And i would take ever opurtunity (read advantage/ unfair fights) to grind you a bit. That is what you get from random Low rank pk + other IC stuff. But dam, you played very well. Water vuln is not that easy to take the advantage one would like. And i loved how you progressed on your taticks on the class. Next time try to get a dellpass. That realy realy helps.
Nightmare_from_hell
I loved every time I saw you log in... why? Because I knew it would be a challenge! Shaman v. Shaman and you had me down cold. I often thought I had the advantage and then I'd slip up even the slightest and I was dead soon after. I was always waiting for you to get Elder as well, but just like real life, not all things can go your way. I would have coup'd Korthian if he just came one day and was ranked above me... and I was hoping your RP would have allowed it since I was waiting for that day... I guess it shall never be. Your char was a very strong char and always look forward to fighting your chars since your chars are always the ones I seem to be fighting the most worthy of fights with! Now... ROLL ANOTHER! Evangelion
I hate to be the one to point this out... But I imagine Korthian is a lot harder to coup than you all are making out. He didn't get Syndicate elder for being a pansy, that's for sure.
Nightmare_from_hell
I don't think he's had to defend himself as much either... My view on it is that his business practices are what landed him the E spot... I know of one case where he was attacked and killed his attacker for sure... but other than that I have no knowledge (nor was I implying that I did) of his exploits in the PK department... With how many heads Glaein collected, I don't see Korthian being much different except now he has his new skills.

On the risk of derailing, I'd just like to point out the water vuln is very easy to take advantage of. I can think of three weapons that are all fairly easy to get, especially at 40-50. Acerbity
I find your post very disturbing and wrong, Celerity. Now since you decided to take a pot shot at me and compare me with a player that I knew very well and had problems with, I'll take a pot shot at you. You simply think your **** doesn't stink, and you're the best player here. You think because you have the 'code', that you know more then every player here as in tactics or what not. Every one of your posts is a disguised flame in one way or another, yet, for some reason, are hardly ever caught. Personally, my delete post was a flame in all its own, basically to myself. I haven't been having a good time in real life, lots of stuff have gone down, and when I get in game, it gets personal. (Don't tell me NO ONE here as done it.) As for props, the people who I thought needed them got them. They got them in game everytime I logged in. I had no problem with Korthian in game, it was the thought in my mind, thinking "Damn. I can't believe that." But, I'll keep it at that. In-game information removed. I insinuated he didn't deserve the spot, and I guess I shouldn't have. He's a great RPer, but in a position like this, I still would have loved to see Syndicate broken into two sub cabals and he start at M at the highest of the other sub cabal. It's not hard, and I dunno why it wasn't done, but you know what? I don't care now. And if you, Celerity, was looking for props towards you, sure, I can say that you were very good at taking advantage of a vuln, and reading up on code to know that a certain spell could work INSIDE when it really shouldn't work. Your RP however I never had the chance to get to know. Two or three words came from your mouth everytime I tried to RP with you, so; sorry, you don't get that prop. In-game information removed. Also, thanks to Alanthen, (yeah, you were fun to fight. So determined.) Phyrex (few words spoken between us, but I'd really like to see you come back fully.), Cormin (Good luck, man, give it all you got. You have potential. Not many people will run at a pinned shaman and risk it all because they have a bounty.) As for the shuns I'm receiving for 'lowbie' PK, oh well. Shove it. Sorry to put it so bluntly, they had a bounty, I saw em first, I took it. Not like I didn't provide any RP throughout it all, or didn't leave all their stuff. But then again, that's always overlooked as weak and pathetic so I wouldn't expect the same favors in the near future. I killed PINS and NONPINS alike, and I tell you what, I got my *** kicked by NONPINS more then I did from PINS for some reason, so I liked the challenge. I had a lot of fun during Glaien, trust me. Never again will I play a water vuln class. It's just too easy to take advantage of. I'd have a good 1100 hp at times, and have it wittled to 400 in two rounds by a DECKED warrior who ignored the fact that I even had a shield and a weapon to parry/shield block with. Warriors, OGRES to be exact, were the hardest to kill, and gave me the most trouble. Cjuk, Ghadryn, good fight at the end there. I disagreed with the way you both took your tactics after preaching to me that you were both honorable in the ways of fighting, but I see where you came from. Fair fights on both your parts, and Props to Cjuk for the deleting kill. You'll all see me with another character soon. I'm looking forward to bringing out the RP I've selected in this one. Fiere
since you decided to take a pot shot at me ...I'll take a pot shot at you That's a terrible reason to flame. Good character though, and I was glad to see that the whole thing wasn't a flame.
