Adventurer Guild/Trainer

i'd like to use this old post to ask:

when you are an adventurer and reach 30 and choose a guild, do all those practices stay with you, or are they wiped out? if they are wiped out, is the best answer to just dump them into hp/mana/etc? i know this was asked before but i did a search and couldnt find the thread. the help file doesnt mention this either.

you are reset to level 1 pracs. i.e. 5 for all (except gnome which get 10). you can't convert as an adventurer so you can't dump them into hp/mana/mv.

your trains, spend as few as possible (basically max your stats and stop) because you have 6 trains @ lvl 30 regardless of whether or not you went adventurer first. i.e human rolls a 54, needs 4 trains to max stats, so at 30 has 2 trains left over. when they guild they will be level 1 with -4 trains. that's how that works.
