elfdude
Im not going to get riled up dude, I know that my going out and drinking is completely healthy, and a good way to have fun. I honestly don't know anyone thats mature that would be all like "OMG YUR CONFORMING" when it comes to drinking. Thats a pretty immature viewpoint to have, let the drinkers have our fun. I also agree with the no drunkposting too, letting people know your drinking isn't omg so rad. Pretty much I agree with pali, sure I appear to be conforming, but I conform by breathing too so... yea. Im a fun happy drunk that great to be around, so I don't really care what some salty dude on a forum has to say, yay for partying.
WagesofSin
Personally I hate the taste of beer. I much prefer rum! Argh matey!
The Forsaken
OMG YUR CONFORMING!!! Who said that? In my post I was speaking about myself looking back and doing that. Because I was in Highschool. I thought it was amazingly cool to drink and party. And when I look back at it, the only reason I thought that is because other people were doing it. It had nothing to do with me. I'm just trying to help you people out, especially the minors that are in the US. People aren't going to respect you anymore just because you can do a 1 minute kegstand. Most peoples reactions will be just like my own. "So?"
elfdude
Haha, you just don't get it. I don't care if I don't get respect for doing kegstands or a million shots or whathaveyou, but your acting all high and mighty dude and your not going to get respect from people that go out and party. I doubt that that matters much to you but your superiority complex is amusing to me. Just so you know. edit: and yes, you said I was conforming by going out and partying. Get a life. corpsestomp
The only thing I regret about my high school drinking is that I drove so many times, that was really stupid.
Iyorvin
Going to parties, everyone is drinking, I feel preassured to drink. Yeah, so I don't conform there. I sit at home alone, where there is no preassure and I can make my own decision to sit back and drink!
BigMac
I'd respect someone for doing a one minute kegstand. You're pretty much obligated to show respect at a funeral.
HBwillie
What I don't care much for (which most might not care to hear) is people who care to tell me they've been drinking, how many beers they've had, how messed up they are, etc. etc. I don't find posts amusing when a drunk guy logs on and posts how goooood beer is. We've heard. It's an opinion that doesn't really matter to anyone and is almost always irrelevant. If this were a post listing legitimate reasons the thread starter enjoyed beer, I might be more intrigued. I am not intrigued, however, and I fully agree with Forsaken. Beer is not the answer to problems and beer is not required to have a good time. Sure it enhances moods and being drunk is a blast, but no one cares that you get toasted. Pali
I don't mean to sound like I feel offended by what you're saying, Forsaken. It's just a pet peeve of mine when someone assumes that someone is doing a behavior just to conform. I get it a lot when people realize I smoke cigs, the assumption that I only started/continue smoking because I want to seem cool and fit in, when the simple truth is that I just love smoking. Similarly with drinking at parties and the like... I enjoy the activity in its own right, not just because it's "fitting in". That being said, agreed, there's no reason to have the posting here about it.

Fear, the Angel's Name
I pulled a one and a half minute kegstand, or something close to that, and then they didn't realize I was trying to motion for them to take the tube off... so beer went all over this girl's white shirt, and men were happy. I have the picture of that, too, I'll send it to WarriorCleric. No, not the girl. Me doing the kegstand.

Just as an edit: I felt proud of 63 seconds for a keg stand, was better than any of my friends I knew, spose I have to relinquish my title, haha
elfdude
I am proud of my 40 second Icehouse kegstand. Thats like 10 minutes of miller light if you do the conversion.
brsingr
Yeah.. I'm not impressed. I'm a minor. I have never drank so much that I was drunk, just so i wouldn't want to get drunk again, lol. Big deal. you can drink a lot. to tell you the truth, I could probably drink 2 whole kegs before passing out (alchohol poisoning is different), but I feel no desire to do it. Have you ever seen someone that's drunk when you're sober? that's just how you look.
EtsoShex
to tell you the truth' date=' I could probably drink 2 whole kegs before passing out [/quote'] HAHA! I doubt anyone here could do that, let alone a thirteen-year-old kid who's never drank before.
