Sleeping problems

If it continues over an extended period, it's a good idea to talk to your doctor. Even just over the phone. Sleeping for over 24 hours is not normal, might indicate something wrong with your metabolism, energy intake, or a virus/bacteria of some kind.

Irregular sleeping patterns can cause sleeping problems. One of the main problems among many people (which includes me) is getting very little sleep throughout the week as they go to bed late, wake up early for school/work, but then sleep a lot more at weekend with big sleep-ins to make up for it. Having a somewhat regular time when you go to sleep and when you wake up will help a lot, as will not eating before going to sleep.

Sleep problems can be stress-related too. Or really, a lot of things can affect it. You could just PK the shaman that's casting insomnia onto your doll.
