Then, the power-rankers emerge and do their thing. Thus, in the morning, the Pbase is like "Holy crap, where'd those guys come from?" as they get stopped by the 10 new 50s. When you're applying for something (college, job, etc.), and they're trying to determine who the best candidate is, they look at the basic stuff first, and then move down the list. Things like clan quests don't really stand out on their own, but if you and another clan person have the same PK and RP ability, and are pretty consistent, then whoever has more clanquests is likely to get in the cabal.
