BobcatFan
This is the marching band that I am in. Its flipping sweet as far as college is concerned. Lots of fun. Dont know why any of you would care, but its something to do while you are trigger training . Its in two parts and the second can be seen at the bottom of the page. El toro rojo and el toro furioso are the songs.

BobcatFan
Oh, thats the director. Its just an exhibition performance. We were just performing after the end of the competition. It starting raining very very hard during the second song and was pretty much pouring by the end. We just kinda ran off to the buses to get naked. ajwetton
That was nice, Here Bobcat, since we're doing Marching bands here is ASU-Jonesboro's we have really good Airspeed and sound for about 170 person band. Its a Queen show which disappointed me considering the other show's we've done in the past but oh well the drill is good and our band plays it well. Enjoy. Thought your band was really clean they had good sound and good execution, how many people in your band? and was music memorzied?
BobcatFan
Yes music is always memorized. We never ever use flipfolders for shows. The drill I thought was kinda sloppy but oh well. I think we have hrmmm.... like 250 including gaurd percussion etc.
ajwetton
THANK GOD IT WAS! I saw the Longhorns march on national television and they used flipfolders, and played really hard music, LOL the one tune I heard was the theme from Knight Rider, well if your borded trigger trainin check out our Youtube its not the best showing since it was at a football game but it still sounds and looks pretty good, if i get bored i'll make a youtube account and post up our show we did 2 years ago, it was tight. BobcatFan
I know what you mean about cheesy music. I hate it. We do usually 2 shows a season. We started with the latin show, but then moved to some major crap with start me up, lady fanfare, lorelei and mr. roboto. I hate when people make band arrangements for songs that shouldnt be band-ized?
ajwetton
LOL, some of the arrangements can be really good, I think tom wallace was the queen arranger and they really good, he even added the guitar solo in it was fun to play.
