It seems strange to see so many people so much older now but still playing. Interestingly it would appear the new people attracted to the game are older than people attracted in the early days - are all the mid-teenagers playing WoW or something and the older people fed up with MMORPG? Plan on taking a year off if all goes well, then going to ASU for majors in Game Design and Programming, with a minor in Business Management. Guess I've been around since 1.0... And 'trying' to find the average gamer it keeps pointing to 30. 30 seems way to high for me but meh. But MMORPG thinking, you gotta remember it'd be 'hard' enough for a 13 year old to handle it let alone get money from mom and dad. It's a lot of older people. And, as for cost, it just depends what you play, the massive multiplayer games through gamespy or others are free. And I forget who told me this, but here is something funny. For example, I've heard players from University of Florida say THE University of Florida as sort of an insult to Florida State University (like saying they are the ONLY university in Florida).
