Mister E
Then it has nothing to do with you being Canadian because I have no idea either. Are you sure it wasn't a letter or word then U? Like Mizzou (Missouri State University) or Wazoo (Washington State University)? Yeah I am sure, there were a couple players on the team who said it. You know when they have the little video feeds when they introduce the starting lineups. And I remember the commentators said oh yeh "The U", the are refering too..and i forget where. I-Brake-4-Minotaurs
Not sure how to make my link work, but just do a global search for Ethan Ezell. I'm the only one cause I'm cool like that.

elfdude
thanks much. I can't wait to go in and basically pick out my job. I get all the fun jobs except the ones that require security clearence, I have a few issues with tickets and I don't think they'd really trust a guy with a couple pot tickets with top secret stuff. even though it has no bearing on anything, nor do I smoke anymore. oh well. FatMike
Usually you can get waivers for just about anything, but I'm unsure about security clearances since 9/11. I had the same sort of issues but still was able to get a ts clearance when I was active duty. That's been forever ago though.
wolfeman
That sucks. It always seemed to me that the ones that required clearence were the ones to go for. I wanted to go intel. Well, technically, I wanted to work in one of those places that is a shack in the middle of a several acre orchard, but I only heard that because that's what my recruiter told me after she said they'd probably get me to go with cryptography. Anyway, do you have no clearence at all, or is it just that you can't get top secret?
elfdude
My recruiter says that I "may" have problems with getting top-secret clearence. I haven't actually tryed yet, I still have to go to meps and everything. But I think there may be other issues in my past life that could have more of an effect on my clearence issues but I don't know if they have any kind of filework like that on me... I've kinda said too much. Im not a terrarist or anything, but im sure the cia has a little something something on me. Oh well, if I were the army and I knew me well, i'd totally give myself top-secret clearence but im not too worried about it. I really just want to snap some necks and not have to get shot at all the time, and I think I have they physicality and the brains to do that so im good to go. wolfeman
I guess they do stuff differently where you are. Here you take the ASVAB, and then stay the night and go back to MEPS in the morning. By the way, I know that many people are under the misconception that lawyers are the lowest form of life known to man (I thought that for a while), but it's not true, there exists a creature lower: the MEPS doctor. If they can find something to disqualify you for, they will try their best, I know from experience. So, that said, good luck.
