'tarako
'I just rolled up a new character, and as walking around the training arena and killing things i noticed something. most body parts can be used as weapons or armor. I had a wraiths horn as a weapon. A hyenas claw worn as gloves gave me an extra attack per round. It was awesome. Also wore one of the animals hand as a bracelet. It was pretty cool. Grosek_
Now you just need to get some wings to drop for you as well.

Grosek_
Heh, when I was a newbie when wings would drop I'd try running to a blacksmith or repair shop hoping they could do something to fix them up. The good old clueless days.
Mudder
Lol. I remember bring a slith warrior back in the day, SOOO excited when I figured out the "extra" attack (graze) from wearing claws. I was hoping to have two extra attacks a round.. I tried to make the imms make a new spell for Necromancers, "Halt decay." Though they didn't buy it, and it would be overpowered
Fiere
I think it'd make for a pretty sweet path. Ranger, maybe. You know, making weapons and armor out of dropped body parts. I don't care enough to flesh it out, though.

Kyzarius
to bad rangers / druids or other resourceful types cant "preserve" them or "combine" the body parts to make effective armor.
MysticR
I'm smelling a new ranger path. One that allows you to take bones and hides and such and make armor and weapons from the remains of stuff. The higher the level, the stronger the stuff. emote ponders the idea of turning Adeptus' corpse into a weapon...

Archbishop Monk
Good Idea. I'm all for the "skin corpse" "create armor" idea. However, I would add that the armor should be rotdeath and class only items. Otherwise, some rangers/ druids are going to have a VERY lucrative trade organization, and the mass creating of the already overplayed rangers will commence. Plus, don't just make it corpse level. Add some kind of random element that will keep it balanced, so that your chances of getting very good items becomes more difficult the more items you have. Actually, maybe too much. Sounds like enough to make a coder have nightmares. Nevermind:o

Antisonic
each existing path giving a different skill style trackers, make armor and shields only for trackers archers already familiar with some advanced weapon making, making weapon for archers only and beast masters using body parts kind of like druid brewing for potion equivilents. beastmeaster only... that was almost char only, no swapping between paths, or if you allow it, they rot death. shrugs, just thought.. and liked the feel of the thread.
