myrek
i once got a owner-only staff made for me by Virigoth for my necro's desc waaaaaaaaay back in 1.0. 'the staff of bone', and it gave +75 mana, +4 hit, and cast level 60 poison. dragons are cool, but i'd rather have things that deal specifically with my char's RP, even if they don't grant me any bonuses. I agree. Myrek's Ancient Tomeis part of the reason he got to 50... not because of that it was, but because it was a motivator

CruelEdict
I am with you on that. Custom stuff is way better than a dragon due to the RP-ability of it. i once got a owner-only staff made for me by Virigoth for my necro's desc waaaaaaaaay back in 1.0. Chayesh
I once approved a description of someone's ogre and their description made them sound hideously fugly. So I gave them two gifts: A bright shining orb as a light, and plain old sack. I told them that the light was for blinding people who looked at him so they wouldn't puke, and the bag was for them to puke in should the light fail to blind them. MeleeCrazy
I always liked dragons...of course the custom stuff is always way cooler....But I remember I had a desc from my first character in 1.0, that i reused constantly and always got a dragon for....eventually people caught on, and though i stopped using it years ago...it still pops up from time to time. Hmmm wonder why?
jb5679
I've only gotten one dragon and none of that crazy special stuff, was pumped up bout the dragon though
Archbishop Monk
The sickening part about dragons I can't count how many times I checked the pits and found one or two fire or water dragons in it. I kind of think if you put enough effort into a character that the Imms find you worthy of a 'special gift', finish it, or at least pinn.
Jester
heh, i got condeath on my first dragon winner at level 44, was a shaman, guess nobody wanted me to pinn. it ;(.
CruelEdict
I used to keep track, but I long gave that up. It is a pity I cannot take the chars that get Dragons to 50, I tend to abandon them (and restrings) like crazy due to my lack of patience.
