It happens so rarely that it certainly does make for a grand celebration. This video is on my myspace and was made by a friend of mine. He did the editing, but im just in it as his co-anchor i guess is what you would call it. If you hit the more from this user button, you can watch ice storm '07 part 2, if you are so inclined.
