Grishnak
Another style people don't often mention in the chasing side of things is knowing your opponent, and knowing the likely areas which will be fled to based on your current location. You don't have to be the fastest using this method, and in fact I find it works wonders against people. Let them flee, tail them for a bit going a little slower than them but getting in idea of their direction. Note which areas are most likely to be fled to for a quick nap, and start going down the list after a tick or two. Often times you'll find your opponent in a very vulnerable state, especially non C/Cs. A sleeping warrior who is about to lose sanc is going to die very quickly when you catch him. Note: You will lose some smarter players with this method, hence the "knowing your opponent" side of things.
Deykari
Paladins are great for chasing/running with Heroism up because they're like Duracell batteries. Talk about being able to outrun anyone (even classes with refresh will have to waste that little bit of time casting it), or if you can keep up with someone and know where they're going, follow them until they run out of moves. Combine that with a lag skill that lags them for a tiny, tiny bit longer than it lags you, and you can get back to chasing instantly as soon as they flee.
