BobcatFan
Okay. I dont understand how you can use reds or gyvals when blinded. You are blinded and cant see. Do you already have to be holding it or what?
Deptore
To quaff in combat you must be holding it, out of combat it can be in your inventory.
corpsestomp
Reds and gyvels can be seen, even when blinded. This does exclude dirt kick and flamestrike though.
Pali
Pretty sure you can actually quaff them while blinded by dirt/flamestrike, but it just doesn't do anything.
Deykari
Well, you can see them when dirt-kicked/blinded by firebreath. But they don't work. I distinctively remember going through a mass of gyvels/reds with one of first characters when I was blinded by flamestrike. Dey

Fiere
Well, looks like we're both offering things then. And it could be a female camerman. Camerman's more of a generic term.

BobcatFan
Are there other items that can cure flamestrike type blindness. I am not asking for where, just if it exists. Not temple healing either. Items.

Chromatic
none that I know of. Never seen it done. Dirt kick on the other hand I can think of one very very nifty item that only works for dirt. Never seen anything for the others. I say we make a good only item that auto-heals flamestrike...I love useless items.
Fiere
That wouldn't be useless at all. Freaking fire lance...
Deykari
There is already a way to protect yourself against firebreath (flamestrike, fiery weapons/fiery sockets, firestorm, etc.) blinding. Not sure if it's allowed to be talked about, but there is a way. Dey
H&R
That wouldn't be useless at all. Freaking fire lance... only paladins lay flamestrike, sounds rather useless for a goodie to me
Deykari
The blinding affect of flamestrike is the same blinding affect of firestorm, of fire weapons, fiery sockets, etc. etc. I don't like the idea of having a way to cure fiery blindness though. Especially as there are preventative methods you can take to greatly reduce the effectiveness of those methods. Dey
