Evangelion
Saw this last night. One word: Freaky. This is one of the better movies I've seen recently. Anyone else's opinions?
Fiere
Never been a fan of that type of movie before.
Evangelion
Oh, don't get me wrong. It's a must see for anyone who enjoyed Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, or Red Dragon (I don't associate Manhunter with the series). But you have to be warned - it is a freaky movie. There were parts of it were I felt nauseous. However, I do not recommend it to anyone with a weak heart, high blood pressure, or inability to cope with gruesome scenes involving graphic murders and subsequent cannibalism. Evangelion
Was that the one with Tony Shaloub(sp)?
Pali
I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this one myself.
Dead Voodoo Doll
Was that the one with Tony Shaloub(sp)? No. But that one was pretty funny. In the glass house with the thirteen ghosts? I may pass on Hannibal Rising. I was less than pleased with the "prequels."
Pali
Technically, Hannibal Rising is a prequel to all the others.
Evangelion
Pali's correct. The order goes: Hannibal Rising (most recent) -> Red Dragon (2nd most recent) -> Silence of the lambs (oldest) -> Hannibal (3rd most recent) Manhunt has the exact same plot as Red Dragon, therefore it is second in the series, but it is the oldest movie. Dead Voodoo Doll
Yeah, my mistake. I'll just say, I only enjoyed Silence of the Lambs. The others were campy.
Chayesh
Watched Saw 3 last night... Nothing touches the original for pure shock value but 3 smoked, slashed, burned, and mutilated 2 in my book.
Isadora
Gong Li's in this movie, right? Yummy! I don't handle these sorts of film well, but I'll probably go to see her. I have yet to see Curse of the Golden Flower. *sigh*

Pali
Red Dragon wasn't ENTIRELY about him, but it still had the character in one of the main roles.
