EyeSeeU
I love snow and all but that is just obsurd. I am glad I live one state south with no lake affect snowfall.

Deykari
I'm not saying you need them, just that you are a saviour for men everywhere who do need them. Dey
KRins
136 inches of snow would be so incredibly key right now. My snowboarding has rapidly gone downhill (no pun intended) since I decided the perma-tan in Florida was the way to go.
Deykari
Yeah, some of the English snowboarders training for some recognised contest have been complaining, we were promised some snow this week but we didn't get any and they've said that dry slopes just aren't the same. KRins
I agree with them...when it gets really dry and the slope is crowded, people can carve it right down to the grass, rocks, whatever is under the snow. Absolutely no fun at all. Rough ride, even rougher falls.
a-guitarist
I live in a small town just west of Syracuse, NY. I'm about 30-45minutes from the hardest hit areas north of here. It's amazing. I always look at my friends with the, "Are you f-----g insane?" look when they ask me, "Hey, man, wanna go to a bar in Oswego?" As of right now, here in lil, ol' Town of mine, we're getting some nice big, fluffy flakes of Lack Effect snow. It's beautiful. a-g
